Counseling Center: We need to move our intake process online

    Everyone is in different locations. I need to have an intake form that allows for multiple touches by different people in the organization, ending with the Exe Dir assigning a new patient to a therapist

    We already have robust EMR software, so we don't need to make the appointments, just the intake process. Which includes

    1) the ability to put the intake form on hold if the caller needs to call back or while we verify insurance.

    2) The ability to route to a different person, if the conditions require

    3) Once intake is complete, send to Ex Dir to assign to a therapist.

    4) The ability to send Therapist the new client information.

    You can build an approval workflow to assign the form to different users at different points.
