Not receiving form submissions to email

    I am running tests on our form and I am not receiving an email notification showing that we received a form inquiry.

    As we check the email history log of the email, we notice that the Notification Test and the Submission notification are sent without any issue from our end. Are you still experiencing any issue with the emails? If so, please try changing the sender email in the email settings or setup an SMTP email address so that the emails shall be sent using your own email address.
