E-mails only received by 1 recipient

    Dear,

    After customers have ordered and payed, the order is sent to 2 email adresses:

    cherif.almaliki@gmail.com

    and

    bestellingen@cheeseandcake.be

    However not all mails are going through to the second email. I have checked by sending manual tests and the email address works fine. I have also checked the spam/junk folder, trash and other folders but no emails.

    Can you please check and advise?

    It may be that your email service provider is blocking some emails from JotForm.

    Kindly have them whitelist Jotform's IP Addresses and domains by following this guide:

    Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
