Incomplete values error when submitting form with an appointment field

    Our customers are receiving the MESSAGE:

    Incomplete Values Sorry, the selected slot on To shop by 30-minute appointments, please select your time. is unavailable now ... please go back and fix the problem(s)

    1- the time slots ARE available

    2- the 'go back' link doesn't go back anywhere

    3- the form has worked properly for one week ... this problem came up in the last 24 hours.

    We have had to suspend operation until this gets fixed ... any suggestions.

    I tried cloning your form and made test submissions, however, I can't replicate the issue on my end. Here's a recording of my test:


    As you can see, I was able to submit it with no issues. Can you make a test on this form, please?

    Let us know if you experience an error when submitting it. Also, allow us to make a test submission on your form as well and we'll see if we can reproduce the error here.
