Why are some of my clients getting a message that says no such account exists?

    Hi… Once my clients try to check out… They say no such PayPal account exist even if they don’t have PayPal. Can you help? Thanks so much!

    Hello,

    As per your request, I have checked your form and notice you did not integrate with PayPal Standard Integration. Without a payment gateway, your customers cannot submit your form.

    To integrate PayPal payment gateway

    1- Click on the Paypal Integration settings

    2- Enter your PayPal credentials and click on the Continue button

    Great, thank you! I just had my first customer place an order for $30. However, I'm wondering why I'm only seeing $28.83 in my paypal account to transfer???

    Hello,

    JotForm will never charge you extra transaction fees for accepting money through your forms. However, PayPal payment gateway has its own transaction fee. This might the reason for the cut.
