Hi,
I have set up a jotform recently for a competition. We set to send them a Autoresponder Email after registration. However, the recent registrants could not receive the auto-sent confirmation email. We have checked with them if they had entered the correct email address or if the email had gone to the junk mail.
Please let me know how can I fix the problem. Thanks

I have checked your form and it seems you're using conditions to send the auto responder.
Please note that if the conditions are not met, the autoresponder email will not be sent.
Kindly also make sure that the field {input22} has the email address of the recipient.
