Checkbox of TOS widget and paypal is not working

It is reported that the tick box for our terms and conditions cannot be signed and therefore the form will not submit.

the same with paypal. They cannot fill that in and then they can not submit.

I tested your form and the checkbox for your terms and condition is actually working.

With regards to the PayPal issue, may we know how is it not working? are you not able to tick the product's checkbox as well? I tested and I was able to put a check on it successfully.
