subject line says it all :-)

I'd like a copy of the completed form to be sent to an email address that was entered on the form. The email address will be different each time. there doesn't seem to be a way to pull that into the notification emails?

To clarify, you want the submitters to get a copy of the data they have submitted on your form, then you will need to set up an Autoresponder Email.

The Autoresponder email will be sent to the Email field from the form that you have set as the Reply-to-Email email address. So whatever the Email address the user put in the form, the Autoresponder will be sent to that email address. The user can reply to the Autoresponder email they got. The user's reply email will be sent to the Sender Email you have set up in the Autoresponder Email. Here is the related guide: Setting up an Autoresponder Email

And you set up a Notification Email, you'll be able to get emails whenever you receive a response from your web forms checking them out from almost anywhere. You can check this related guide: Explanation of Email Notification and Autoresponder Settings.

Please select the Email field as Recipient Email after you set up Autoresponder Email.
