    in response forum+2973757@jotform.com could you delete this account?

    There is no option on the menu

    I checked your email, and it looks like your account is already deleted. If you want to remove another account, please share its username or a form link that belongs to that account.

    Hello,

    The account is not deleted, I can still login to it. And I can´t recreate it as an free account.

    This account still exists and it is a Account Type: FORM USER

    User name: PROJETOS@CPMH.COM.BR

    If I try to create a new account it says that it already exists.

    Thank you so much for clarifying the issue.

    On further investigation, I figured that there are two accounts with this email P**JE**S@C**H.C**.B*, a guest account and a registered account that is deleted.

    The account you are logged in to right now is a guest account. Please note that there is only a one-time sign-in allowed for guest accounts. Every time you try to sign in, a new guest account is created, and the previous one is removed.

    PS. The registered account with this email is removed, and you can not create a new account with it.

    So there is no way to create a new account using the e-mail projetos@cpmh.com.br?

    I only have this e-mail and I need to edit forms from my company paid account.

    Greetings.

    Form User account type is created when a form is assigned to you. This means you should be able to use your existing email to create a new regular Jotform account. If you are unable to, we will forward the problem to our Developers.
