Good Morning, Our office has recently subscribed to Jot Form in hopes to use these as our new patient contact forms.

However, We need to see the signature and be able to save the form from the email. Any suggestions? Maybe this is in the settings and we just need to adjust?

You may enable the PDF attachment in the notification emails. The PDF will contain all the data along with the signatures.
