Trying to buy a ticket, form will not allow

The form limits purchase to 2 tickets, my wife purchased 1, I am trying to purchase the other.

I called the school and they had no idea how to manage.

How do I gain access?

I checked the form and it seems that the school only allows 1 submission per jersey. This is why you're not able to buy a second ticket.

Thank you, I think that is a mistake they allow two tickets per jersey and only one was purchased. How do I get the second one
