The form I created won't let people fill in their bank details

    For some reason the box's for bank details aren't clickable. I'm using the form as a sharable link

    Hello @themontessorischool,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

    Please note that the reason your Stripe integration is not allowing users to enter their payment information is that you have not yet connected the integration to an active Stripe account.

    In order for the integration to accept payments, it needs to have an associated Stripe account connected to send the payments. If no account is connected to the integration, payments will not be allowed.
