I apologize for this inconvenience. It appears that your account went over limit even if you have not reached your submission limits yet. With that in mind, I have reactivated your account so that your forms will still be usable.
Take note that when your account reaches 100 regular submissions for this month, it will get deactivated again and there would be nothing that I can do to help. You would either have to upgrade to a Premium subscription or wait for your limits to reset on the first day of the succeeding month.
As of now, your account is on its 20th regular submission so I think you have a long way to go before you reach your limit.
