Possible data loss

I'm curious about some of my data in the following table: https://www.jotform.com/tables/90646451617157

While I no longer subscribe to a paid plan, I was a paid member when I last downloaded a backup version of table (April 2020). I just realized that the downloaded version just has 500 submissions.

Can you please check if more data was available on the file and was removed by Jotform? Thanks.

I can see your account is currently at the 500 submissions limit, unfortunately, we don't have access to the overquota submissions, but you can recover them by upgrading your account.
