Is the issue related to the captcha field?
If yes, we have already resolved that on your previous ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2969179-captcha-remove-captcha-after-submitting-form-please-whitelist-username

This is about the Captcha that is still a problem. . . we whitelisted the user name as instructed in the video and it's we're still seeing the Capcha problem.
What else can we do?
