When I log into my JotForm account I can see the two forms, but all the fields and content are missing. Can you please tell me if I should be looking somewhere else. Are you able to restore the form from your files?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there is definitely a problem with those forms. If it's any consolation, others have reported similar occurences. Here is one such thread.
I have submitted a ticket for you. Hopefully both forms will be restored ASAP.

Regrettably, I have been reliably informed that restoring your forms will not be possible. Currently your best option is to re-insert the missing fields in those forms. Re-create the fields as best as you can and when you're through, clone the forms in case something like this should happen again, so that you would have a backup template from which to rebuild missing fields.
Additionally, you may have seen the following warning pop up when attempting to delete fields in a form that has submissions:
By the same token, questions that were deleted by our system will have the same result: lost data. Therefore it would be prudent to periodically download submissions to your computer as a backup.
