Aweber Integration Not Working Properly: Welcome emails are not being sent

    When people sign up through our jotform, we have them automatically registered with Aweber through your integration tool.  However, my sign ups aren't receiving the proper messages I have set up in Aweber.  After contacting Aweber they informed me that their is a problem with the "settings" on your end, which cause my sign ups not to receive the proper messages.

    Please let me know what we can do to fix this.

    We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.

    We have an option to import existing form contacts to the AWeber, so it is most probably that our developers have set the integration to not send the welcome emails to imported/received contacts. 

    I think that we need to have an optional 'Send Welcome Email' feature on the integration, so I am going to forward a ticket to our Development Team.

    In the meantime, you can try to manually change the message number on AWeber, so this should trigger the first email.

    Also, it is possible to set an Autoresponder on the form, and it will be processed by JotForm upon receiving submission.

    We will let you know once we have any updates on this.

    Hi, I'm having the same problem.  Really need the integration to trigger Aweber to send the followup message to the new applicant.  The applicant isn't even showing up as a subscriber in Aweber.  Help!

    Unfortunately I had to use another form provider since JotForm doesn't have a fix for this

    A 'Start at message' option has been recently added to our AWeber integration. Now you can use that option to specify the start email number when you setup the AWeber integration.

    Set the 'Start at message' to 1 to start from the first email in your followup sequence. You will need to redo the integration if you would like to use this new option.
