Notifications Feature: Ability to access the Forum tickets via the Notifications feature

    Saw the answer to my query in my "notifications" on the home page. Once I had read it and closed the notifications panel, next time I went back to find it, it says "No notifications" and I had to go through 17 pages of Jotform support in order to find the query. Would be a lot easier if that panel stayed active to allow us to go back in our own histories of queries, rather than having to search through the public forum.
