processing credit card payment

    I use credit card ABCD for my JotForm recurring payment. Card ABCD was stolen. I have created a new recurring payment with my new credit card EFGH. I have been getting an "unable to process credit card payment" email regarding my card ABCD, but I am unable to cancel that recurring payment via the link provided in the email.

    Is there another way to cancel the recurring payment process for card ABCD?

    Hello Michelle,

    Since this is in regards to a recurring payment being made through a form, we are unable to provide any additional assistance in getting this updated, as the update will need to be made by the owner of this Form. Can you please reach out to the organization to whom you are making this recurring donation, and request assistance in having your card information updated?
