Notification email showing fields that are empty

    When I receive a notification that someone has filled out my form, I recieve fields that are empty, even though I select Hide Empty Fields in the notification settings.

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

    Do you find that this happens each time someone fills out your form or is it intermittent?

    I am able to replicate the issue when I cloned your form 210695602413147 even when I created another Notification email.

    As such, I have gone ahead and escalated this to our back end team to look into further. As soon as we have an update for you, we will communicate it to you here.

    Thanks! I thought maybe it's because of conditioning formatting but I have conditioning formatting on other things that arent showing up so... Not sure. But thank you for your help!

    We are happy to help! I did look into your conditional formatting as well, but the conditions that you have set up should not cause this issue.
