Inbox: Empty submissions

    Hello, I have created form yesterday and it was working perfect until this morning. Now all the submissions coming in empty! We need this to work today as we are sending this to hundreds of customers tonight.

    I tested one of my forms and I can see data on my Inbox page.


    Just for testing purposes, could you please check your Jotform Tables and see if the submission data are also missing?

    Also, please try using a different internet browser and just see if the issue still persists. We'll wait for your response. Thank you!

    All the data appeared magically (unless you updated it) in about an hour without me doing anything.

    Hope it is not a common issue as I have a power automate updating the spreadsheet in SharePoint with every new submission.

    Prior to submitting this error, I have tested with multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), it produced the same empty submissions. Did all the usual logout/ login, even restarted my pc. But as I sad about an hour later the data showed up by itself.
