How to delete a form submission?

Hello,

We have just started having patients sign up for COVID-19 vaccination appointments. I currently have a few patients that have signed up TWICE for appointments, taking up 2 slots instead of 1 on the JotForm. Is there a way to delete one of their submissions from my end in order to open the slot up to someone else (I have daily submission quantity limits set on my form).
