    When I click to edit it takes me to another item. it is doing this for a lot of the items at the end of the list. somewhere in the list it starts to go wrong.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support, and apologies for the inconvenience! I just cloned your form into my own account and was able to reproduce this issue. I am escalating this to our Developers for further investigation. While we cannot currently provide an ETA for the resolution of this issue, this thread will be used to track our progress, and any updates will be posted here for your reference as soon as they become available.

    I am so frustrated with JotForm....I just spent hours creating a whole new form and the exact same thing has happened. I spent hours checking the items as I went and everything was fine. I come back to the form today to add a few new items and it won't work. I was supposed to roll out this new order form on Wednesday....but now I will just look like an idiot for recommending JotForm. Oh wait...you will escalate this and that should make me feel better. Thank you for nothing!

    We apologize for the ongoing issue.

    Unfortunately, we haven't receive an update from our L2 team yet. This seems to be an ongoing issue with the product list if there are hundreds of products added to the list. I'll send a note to the assigned team and we'll notify you via this ticket once we have an update.

    Maybe you should be a quantity warning so that other people don't waste their time.

    Hi there,

    While this is a great suggestion, we would much rather resolve the root issue here, rather than simply enforcing a new limit on this feature. If, for some reason, this does turn out to be a hard cap that cannot be surpassed, I would imagine that our developers more than likely add a message like that which you described here, but we aim to avoid this if at all possible.

    Since I have been waiting for a fix since March, what are the honest chances this is going to be fixed quickly? This feature was the 70% of the reason I picked JotForms. I will need to find some other platform soon if this is not fixed.
