Not receiving email notification

    Hi there,

    We are truly sorry for the inconveniences caused. I checked your email on the logs and found no error. Can you please check if these messages were not on your bounced list or if they're not filtered with your spam security check? Kindly verify that from your side.

    If the problem still persists, please try to white list Jotform Domains and IPs on your email service provider side. This might resolve the problem. Please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues
