PayPal payments not going through

    Hello. First off let me say I really have appreciated the ease and streamlined capabilities in creating my registration form. It's been really great. I'm writing because none of the payments for my PayPal are going through they're just sitting there asking me to authorize them and I was wondering if it is because I have not paid. Believe it's only seven submissions not sure what's going on PayPal's glitchy too and I haven't got word back from them thought maybe you would have some insight...

    Hi there - You are most welcome!

    I believe you're referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/210623967581158.

    Per checking, payment authorization is enabled. This is the reason why you have to authorize before getting the payments.

    Please set it to NO so that the payments can go through without your intervention (authorization).
