Lately, people have had to ask for permission to be granted to fill out the forms that I send by link. I don't know what changed.

It's possible that you have changed the default access settings of your form e.g. from Public to Private so they are unable to see the form directly. Is that what your question is all about? If yes, here's how to change the access settings of the form.

1. While in the Form Builder, click the Publish tab.

2. Click the Settings link at the top-right of the direct URL of the form.

3. Choose your Access Settings option.

Public Form means anyone can access your form.

Private Form means only people who are invited can access your form.
