When my customer submitted a picture through my jotform, I can’t access it because I get this error. Help! See attached.

Hello April,
Your file privacy is enabled. You cannot download the files without logging in to your account. You have to log in first before clicking the link. If you wish to download without logging in, you will need to disable the privacy. The following guide will help you do it:
