Why isn't my "phone" option showing up in the match forms field for MailChimp integration?

    I am integrating Mail Chimp to capture customer data as they sign up for my service.  When I get to the "match form fields" section, the "phone" information that I collect in jot form is not an option that is showing up.  I am attempting to match to "phone 1" section on my MailChimp customer list.


    Please let me know.

    Hi there,

    Are you using the same phone field on your mailchimp form? If you're using textbox on your MC form, you have to use the same field type on your Jotform form. 

    Another way to resolved this is to replace your phone field with a normal textbox field and then use input mask option to accept phone number format. You have to re-integrate your form to MC afterwards.
