URGENT - Authorize.net form stopped working - https://form.jotform.com/210748272308152

    Hello, we just launched a new payment form found here: https://form.jotform.com/210748272308152


    We successfully captured around 100 payments, then I noticed they stopped coming through.

    When I tried using my own credit card, I was taken to a secondary page with a submit button + recaptcha. After you complete the recaptcha and submit, you get a blank page. No transaction is recorded.


    I did not enable this feature, something happened without me knowing. How do we disable recaptcha? The documentation on your site is outdated. The show more button on the forms setting page does not show an option to disable.

    The resolution was "we whitelisted your username. Sorry for the inconvenience. "


    Our marketing push has already been sent, and this is causing us a huge financial loss. Please help resolve ASAP
