Vaccine appointment schedule

I signed up to get a second vaccine on tomorrow at Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare. My 1st vaccine was on the 26th of February. Now, I have an email to sign up at the same place, I received the 1st dose.

Do I need to cancel and go to that sight. Please help.
