Unsuspend account

    I'm trying to log in to my Jotform account, which I actively use for my business, and I'm seeing a message that it's restricted and I need to contact you to get it reactivated.

    We have reviewed your account, and we unsuspended it. It is now fully active, and you won't have any problems accessing it. 

    Some of our users try to use Jotform services for spamming and phishing others. That's why we needed to create a strict algorithm to prevent them and suspend their accounts. 

    Unfortunately, it can sometimes make a mistake, what happened to your account.
