Update autocomplete widget Item entries via API or dynamic database

Hi there,

I'm using auto complete widget for user to select from a list of over 500 items.

That list is automatically updated via a database table.

Is there a way to automatically update the items list via API or integration?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get the data from a database with the auto complete widget.
