Block form submitted by IP?

I have someone who is spamming my form. Is there a way to see/block them by preventing their IP thereby preventing them from filling out the form?

Unfortunately, there's no direct option to block IP directly on forms. But you can prevent spam submissions on your forms through these methods:

2) You can limit the submissions on your form by checking cookies and IP: How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form

3) Or limit the submissions based on a question on your form: How to set Form Limits Based on a Unique Question
