Hello! I'm using paid versions of both JotForm and DropBox, and have several forms configured so customers can upload a file through my website directly to my DropBox doohicky. But recently I'm having several customers having problems with the upload. I'm wondering if it's a filesize issue... I've increased the filesize allotment on JotForm several times, but it's not making a difference. The files that are being uploaded are of considerable size - about 1.5GB or so. Am I having unrealistic expectations?

    Hi,

I would like to inform you that JotForm's upload feature have a maximum file size limit of only 1GB per upload session.
This means that if your form user is attempting to upload a file size of 1.5GB, the upload session will fail at once.

And on Dropbox, the current API setup upload limit is 150MB, that's according to their API settings.

Perhaps you may want to try Google drive or Box.com instead since they support larger file upload.

Hope this help. Inform us if there is more we can assist you with.

    Thanks.
