Unfortunately, I cannot access the website. It redirects me to an unknown page with link to: http://5c4e4143.xantivirusprotect.nl/
With the form direct URL, I can move to the next page without any issues. I'm not sure if there is a conflict, but I would suggest trying the iFrame Method: Getting the Form iFrame Code. Kindly try to re-embed your form using this method and let us know for the results.

I initially thought that the link to that page was one of your sponsors.. That's not a good news for my website..
Anyway I'm already using an iFrame, but I get the "There are errors..." message even on the preview, here on Jotform. The strangest thing is that sometimes everything is ok, sometimes the error appears (without changing anything!). Here's the form: http://www.jotform.com//?formID=33006516888863
Thanx for your help!

So far, I am able to see the form from my side with no problem
However, you need to replace the script type code by the iFrame code as indicated above as I've noticed that your page contains some jquery codes that are in conflict with the form's script type code.
If these errors come up while workin in the form, you might have also a problem with the browser it self. My recommendation would be to clear your browser's cache and the cookies
I hope this helps. Let us know if the problem persist
