How can I get access to the form I created ( 1st Submission) Free Account

I just created a new account in order to test with my team the form. I would like to see what it looks like and test this product before we purchase it.

I followed the prompts and filled created a form to my specification and I proceeded to publish and or preview it still was showing the YMCA template. How can I access and test this form before purchasing it?

Hi @jsmmarketingteam,

The form is setup to redirect to the enterprise version, you would need to make edits directly on the form in your enterprise account - only those would show on the live form.
