How come the information from my forms aren't being sent to my email?

    I have a form I created from Jotform so people can be put on a waiting list. This form has worked fine for the past three years. However, when people fill out the form online and submit it, they are told that their name has been added to the list. However, in the backend we aren't recieving their form to add in their information. I'm not sure what to do as I don't have the username/password anymore.

    I checked our bounce list. Your verizon email is not in our block list. 

    I also checked our emails logs. The emails were sent fine. They might be getting stuck in your spam filter.
