Why isn’t my forms notifying my email when they are submitted? Also I created a “waitlist” form but on my website the colors are different than what is saved in Jotform.

Hi santaquinpharmacy, thank you for reaching us.
Could you let us know which form does this issue happens to? In meantime, to receive a notification whenever a new submission is made, you will need to have Notification settings.
To set up a Notification, click Settings at the top of the Form Builder. Next, click Emails on the left panel and click the plus (+) icon.
Afterward, please select Notification Email.
If you haven't had a notification email, please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
