Hello @beamer1321,
Thank you for providing the information that was requested.
I have reviewed the form you shared with us and I can see that you did receive submissions on the dates mentioned above. One submission for each date.
However, upon further inspection, I found that none of these users were charged for any products in your form. The form is not currently connected to any of our payment processors (PayPal) and therefore, it is not possible to process a payment.
If you previously had a payment integration connected and removed it, then you will need to connect it again in order for the form to accept payments.
However, if you are receiving payments from your customer outside of JotForm, then, unfortunately, we would not be able to handle anything on our end.
Also, I would like to mention that we at JotForm do not take credit card information, nor do we charge the end-user. Instead, JoptForm offers a plethora of payment processing integrations that can be used to securely process payments with a third-party tool. Here is a very helpful user guide - Mastering-payment-form-integrations-with-jotform
Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, we are always happy to help.

beamer1321Replied on March 22, 2021 at 6:44 PMIn the past there has always been a payment integration with pay pal. I am
confused why I have to put it on the form right now, when in January and
February of this year it worked perfectly.
I understand that you do not take cc info which is great.
But how did the pay integeration information get removed? In any case can
you please let me know.

beamer1321Replied on March 22, 2021 at 7:11 PMI am getting furious about this. I have tried to make my pay
pal integration and it will only allow a business one. I do not want to
upgrade nor change anything. I insist on it being exactly the same. I am
really pissed off. just let me connect it to the same account and leave me
alone.

beamer1321Replied on March 22, 2021 at 7:33 PMWhat happened is I couldn't see what previous forms were integrated with so
I picked business option for paypal (I have never done this before, someone
else set up the jotform), then it wouldn't allow me to change back to
personal, because I don't want to upgrade nor start a new paypal account
which were the only two options, and I could not see how to go back to the
personal paypal option. I got so mad I deleted the form. Now, I cannot
tell if any of the other forms work, because it doesn't accept my credit
card. How are we supposed to know that it works if we cannot use our own
credit cards?
Is there a general setting for setting up paypal on the jotform page? I
did not see that information anywhere in your link. I am thoroughly
frustrated. Please help me by giving me a step by step instruction.
Thanks, Michelle.

Hi Michelle,
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please confirm if the following is the new form URL?
https://www.jotform.com/210096118415954
You already have PayPal personal integration active in the above form. Following is the related guide:

Looking forward to your reply.

form. So that form is no longer active. I did that in response to this

OTHER SOURCES IN COMPENSATION AND THAT IS WHY THEY E-TRANSFERRED ME.

END OF THEIR MESSAGE
So Vyk, what you just sent me makes no sense, *because my payments were not
processed.* And Francis indicates that they were no because there was no
payment integration. I am so frustrated with you. Your information links
do not make jotform clear. LIKE WHERE IS THE OPTION TO INTEGRATE A PAYMENT
OR NOT. WHY DO I SEE THAT BUTTON ON THE SNAPSHOT ABOVE, BUT NOT ON ANY OF
MY OTHER FORMS? Can you please confirm that there is a payment integration
with the form url indicated below? I do no know where or how to find that
indication on this already made form. do not send me a link to
information. Send me only that answer to that pathway.

upgrade is pretty irritating when all I want to do is attach a payment
option to a form not upgrade.*

Once again please accept my apologies. The form URL you've provided already has PayPal standard integration active in it. In this integration when a user submits the form they'll be redirected to the PayPal page where they can enter their details and make the payment. As far as the instructions provided by my colleague are concerned I can not check them because the form is already deleted.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks

beamer1321Replied on March 23, 2021 at 11:55 AMDear *Vick_W *
I restored my form from the trash and it can be found at:
https://form.jotform.com/210586306715960
I am wondering how the payment integration was removed when that option is
not viewable on the other forms when I look at them.
I am pretty sure that I must have accidentally removed it somehow.
In any case, can you show me how to add the payment integration for
personal paypal in case this happens again.
Thanks for your patience in all of this.
Sincerely, Michelle.

Hello @beamer1321,
We do apologize for the trouble caused to you by this situation. Please allow me to offer some clarity.
It seems that the payment integration was removed from the form, and it was most likely accidental. But, once you added the integration again, it seems you selected PayPal Business as the integration. For this integration, it is a requirement that you have a PayPal Business account; this is why it kept asking you to upgrade.
However, if you do not have a PayPal Business account, you can simply switch it back to the PayPal Personal integration. Here is a screen recording to demonstrate how this can be done.
Also, please note that each form will have its own payment integration, so, if you add PayPal Personal in one form, you can add the same in the other, or you can select an alternate choice.
Here is a helpful user guide to help with the PayPal integrations - https://www.jotform.com/help/50-paypal-forms
