Emails not being sent on "dog training request form"

    Hello,

    We have had a recent issue with one of our forms not sending out emails after completion. Would you mind taking a look at it? According to what I see, it should be working, but no one is getting any emails.

    As per checking, your form currently has 1 notification email and 1 autoresponder email.

    I checked our email history logs and can see that both autoresponder and notification emails were sent.

    Looking at their settings, the autoresponder email is using a custom Sender Email while the notification email is using noreply@formresponse.com

    Can you please let us know which email is not sending?

    Thank you.  Both were not working, but both now seem to be working now.  Let me confirm.

    We are having an issue again with the notification email not sending. I checked the logs as described above and it says it is sending the email, but it is not.

    We are so sorry about that.

    Please confirm if you are experiencing the issue in the same form?

    Do you have the same SMTP settings in your emails?

    Did you try to delete the existing notifications on your form and create a new one?

    Hi

    Same form. We were using our email but had issues so I switched it to your email server.

    No I have not deleted it and created a new one. I will try that.

    Tried deleting the notification emails and readding. Didn’t seem to fix it.

    Hi,

    Please try the following and let us know if the issue still persist:
    1) Please check your spam/junk folder for any emails in case it was moved there. If it's there, mark it as not spam.
    2) Please make sure that your email server/provider is not blocking the emails coming from JotForm. If this is the case with your emails, add Jotform to your ​whitelist.
    3) Please try again deleting your Notification/Autoresponder email since I have cleared you form cache.
