I set up a condition on a form that specifies the submitted forms go to my email address and my client's email address. We're both using Gmail. However, I get the submitted form and she doesn't. It's getting frustrating because she needs this form for her business, and I can't always forward the forms to her - that's not how it should work. Please can someone advise as to how I can get this sorted ASAP. Thanks!

Per your form settings, you only have one email address on the conditional logic setup. Please add your client email address so she/he will receive your form notification email.
You can also use multiple email address to your notification email settings instead of setting up conditional logic. Here's the guide: Send Form Emails to Multiple Recipients.
