Form Taken Down

I received notice that my form I created for a website was taken down because it asks for credit card number. This is a wholesale order form for a business. Is there another way to ask for credit card numbers on the form so it can be reposted?

    Thank you

    Greetings.

Due to our PCI certification, you can only charge customers using one of the available payment gateways:
    https://eu.jotform.com/integrations/category/payment-processing

You are not able to ask users for credit card information directly. Some of these payment gateways offer the option to charge users later:

If you wish us to activate your account, we need to remove problematic fields from your account. Have in mind that this will data related to these fields.

Let us know how you wish to proceed.

I just would like the form back so I don't have to recreate it. Can you
just take off the fields not allowed?
