I am no longer using techcols as my username, and need to change this

As a matter of fact, you have two options regarding this. You can either have your old account deleted (I can do this for you) or have the username for the old account changed (I can submit a ticket for such requests).
Let me know which one is more convenient for you. If you prefer to have your username changed, please reply to this topic with the new username that you want your account changed to.
