Feature Request: Visible Ticket Reporting Status System and Password Safety Reminders

    I have put in two same questions and no response to any of them, surely as a Paid Client some sort of response is a good practice....

    I see that we have answered your question already. 

    Also, please never give your JotForm password to anyone, including to us. The support team does not need passwords since they have administration rights to do things on your behalf.

    Thank you for your reply and response.

    No one from support team mentioned this to me about passwords and there are no indication about this on the ticketing system you have...
    I know normal practice that we shouldn't provide passwords - but I think you should mention this on your site and certainly on the the landing page of the Support Forum

    I think our Founder mentioned the note about the for no password requirement for our Support Staff by stating it to you as a Polite Courtesy Reminder just incase it crossed your mind. It's good to know that you practice good Password Safety. :)

    I would also like to reassure you that we actually do have a Support Ticket System. However, as of right now it is only visible to our Support Team Members on our System's Backend. I believe that this may be improved and changed in the future possibly since there is always room for improvements. :)

    Additionally, we do greatly appreciate your feedback about this to also include a message about password safety. I've made a note about this for future improvement considerations, thanks for your input! :)

     

    Lastly, May I ask more about what you meant with " Is it possible for account holder to have this option so that they can do it or it is not recommened? " Were you referring to a Ticket System? Or?

    @Tim... the question relates to transfering a free account to paid account - can this be added as a feature for Paid accounts to have there other free accounts added to their paid account, this will free up your support team to do other important response...
