I need to input on a list view one option and depending on the option on that list view, show another list view
State: Mexico DF
Is there any way to do that?

Yes, this can be made possible using conditional logic, although in your example, it would be a little time consuming since there are over 192 countries in the world.
I think this sample form exemplifies what you want to achieve. If you look at the form's backend, you will notice that I have created multiple secondary drop downs that correspond to the options in the first drop down. Since there are four options, I created four secondary drop downs:
Afterwards, I created rules that should display a different secondary drop down depending on the option selected in the first drop down.
Note that I gave all four secondary drop downs the same name. It gives the illusion that it is the same drop down and only the options change.
Feel free to ask should you have any questions regarding this solution.
