I have a post called March Mulch Sales

Where people select Black, Brown, or Red mulch and even a cash donation.

When I pulled the report I thought each item (Black, Brown, Red) would be it’s own column when I pull the report via Excel, but its all lumped together. How can I set it up so each Mulch color and donation is its own column .

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Forms by default show the quantity of how many times every product is ordered - but not the total quantity.

Also, it's still possible for you to see how many times each product in your order form has been selected as follows:

    1) While viewing the submissions of your form, do as shown in the screenshot below.

    2) A new slide menu will show up containing the summary of all products including how many times each has been order as shown below.

I hope I have been of any help.

Should you have any further inquiries, we will be more than happy to help.

How do I make it where each ITem is it's own column.
So, if it someone orders say
John Smith 5 Brown Mulch and 4 Topsoil it's in two different columns and not listed all under one column called MY Products.

    Hi again,

Kindly note that it's possible to show quantity for each product as showed in my last response.

It's not possible to have them in columns, but rather in rows.

Should you have any further inquiries, we will be more than happy to help.
