Appointment slots: Is there a way to accept multiple appointments?

I have a quick question about form creation.

When I create the appointment question it only lets someone submit one time slot per a question. Is there anyway to make the question so that someone could choose a morning and afternoon appointment on the same day or multiple days. 

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to choose multiple time slots on the appointment field currently.
The user would either need to submit the form twice, or then you could create two appointment slots, one for the morning times, and another for the afternoon appointments.
