Notification email: One hidden field stays visible in the email.

    there is a field on my form (Family Member) that is hidden unless the user specifies family membership via radio button. This field invariably shows up on the notification email, despite being both blank and hidden. ALL other blank fields do not appear. I'm stumped.

    I cloned and tested your form, and deleting the current notification email and creating a new one seemed to fix the issue. With the new notification email, the hidden Family member field did not show anymore:


    May I ask you to remove the current Notification email, and create a new one?
