    Hello Muraga,

    Thanks for reaching us.

    I checked your account and it seems you have upgraded your account with PayPal.

    Changing the account username of the paid account that uses PayPal is a bit different.

    1. You will need to cancel first the paid subscription in your PayPal account.

    This is because if we change your username in Jotform, the changed name will not reflect on your PayPal subscription.

    PayPal will keep the previous/orig username on the account which will cause problems later on if you want to cancel/end the paid subscription on the Jotform side (2 different username issues).

    2. After you canceled in PayPal, your account will be downgraded to the FREE plan.

    3. We can change the username once you canceled in PayPal. In the meantime, you can also change your username by following the guide on How to Change the Username when your account is on the free plan.

    Provide us at least 3 new username options you wanted to change to.

    4. After we changed your username, you can upgrade back again to a paid subscription (via PayPal will still do), this time using the new username.

    If you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use the remaining paid time of your subscription. Your account will be downgraded on the 22nd of April. After that, you will be able to upgrade your account again.
