We have a customer having issues with the submission of an application. They can't get past the errors but don't know where the error is. Is there a way I can access their app before submission to see what the problem is?

Hi there,
You can enable the Save and continue later option in your form by following the instructions in the guide below.

Once it is activated ask your user to fill out the form and click on the "Save" button. They will receive a saved session link on their email and you'll also be able to check their incomplete submissions from the Tables. Please check the related guide below.

You'll be able to see all the information they've saved in the form of your account.
